The amenities were very nice ie swimming pool,restaurant/pub and entertainment also the staff was efficient and friendly and up to date with full service wifi all in all was nice hotel
There was no vent or fan in the bathroom!!!!!!!?? The rug was stained in need of good shampoo or new rug. We went on Columbus day so because that's a holiday weekend you can't have sit down breakfast with fresh food cooked as you order instead they offer buffet with precooked and warmed food very disappointed but the real problem was one of our beds sagged right in middle of the bed and for that reason we will not be visiting this hotel again how do you get 3stars with mattresses that sag in middle?????

Very nice "old style" hotel.Clean, bright and nicely kept grounds.Within walking distance of numerous eateries and shops. Our suite had one large room with two beds, desk, dresser ,tv and bathroom.A Small hall with counter area and fridge led into a sitting room containing a couch, end tables, coffee table and tv with a half-bath.We were quite impressed.

Very-very old hotel, no flat screen TV in the room (as advertized), there is no internet in the room (as wi-fi was out of distance from the lobby to our room) and one more Huge problem - we didn't sleep all night as it was not possible to open any window, but air conditioner was working VERY Loudly (same as if a huge truck will warm up the engine). I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I wa given a single bed room with three guests. They stated that I approved a disclaimer stating that they could put me in any room that they wanted, so they would not provide me the two double bed room that I ordered and got confermation ahead of time that I ordered. Extremely poor customer satisfaction policy. To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Did not have internet service, was told when we arrived Friday that there was a problem and it would be fixed by 5.00p.M. that evening, when I enquired why there was still no service I was always told the technician's were coming back and we would have service that evening, that was the story I was told all week-end, when we left Sunday morning there was still no internet service... As for the Breakfast Buffett at $10.95 it was so cold we could not eat it and this was 1 hour after they opened, the manager did say that there would be no charge, which made sense as we did not eat anything...

The breakfast was excellent and great and reasonably priced, all in all food was excellent. The rooms were airy and neat with nice decor as well as the usual chair, I really enjoyed that. The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location very close to an arts theater.

Couple seeking comfort and history
Spent a couple nights here and loved the place 💯 The Fenimore Pub was great for drinks and the warm set up felt just right. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. And the history in the air, like you can actually feel it when you walk the halls.
Pricey but still worth it for the charm and service.

We did not know the Queensbury Hotal but selected it as an option when Saratoga hotels were full. We were delighted with the buildilng. It had the feel of a lovely old hotel, though all that we saw had bee updated and well maintained. Desk staff were very helpful, provided information on where to find interesting restaurants. It was close to several interesting eateries. When we went down for breakfast, a large team of young soccer players and their parents had descended on the buffet. The staff were handling that situation well, though it did impact what was available for our breakfast. We recommend the Queensbury.

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, a bar lounge area, and fitness centre. During my first stay, staff provided great currency tips. I felt very welcome, and I can't wait for my next city break.
